The Global Sales Organization is 450+ associates strong and based in 60 countries around the world. ITSC has been appointed as dedicated Sales agency for Marriott International since 1991. Bauke Boogers leads the team and reports into Marriott’s Regional Director Western Europe, Mr. Ian Leat. A large portfolio of Travel Management Companies and Global Accounts, with regional, - or headquarters in the Benelux are managed by ITSC. Going above and beyond, being crazily creative and offering a strategic account management approach resulted on year-on-year roomnight growth since day one.

ITSC proudly represents Marriott International since 1991. I jumped on board in 1998 and there's still so much more to learn and explore. Together with the team I was able to grow the number of booked roomnights out of our region with double digits year-on-year.

We manage a large porfolio of intermediary accounts (TMC's) for which we develop marketing plans, roll-out incentives, host workshops and educationals and centralize rate loadings. For the Corporate accounts in our portfolio we manage their global hotel RFP's, negotiate with hotels, educate their bookers and act as their dedicated Marriott Global Account manager. We work hard to reach goals and to keep our clients and hotels happy and at the same time we make sure to enjoy what we are doing.
