With a Bachelor in Economics and a Commercial Director career at Renaissance Hotels and Hertz Rent A Car, Frank has the power and the knowledge to lead the ITSC boat on wild oceans and calm seas.
Robbert-Jan has proven to be a successful player in the Hotel Sales environment with a 5-year experience at Marriott.

A gained success without a solid analytical base is a lucky shot in the eyes of Pavel. He is eager to get the figures right, to have a clear insight in the business mix and to work hand-in-hand with the account managers to provide reporting that supports the overall business opportunities.
With a bachelor degree in Hotel Management from the Erasmus University College Brussels, Basil started his career as a trainee in 2011 at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel before joining the Starwood Brussels Complex Sales Team . In 2015 Basil moved to Qatar to become a Business Development Manager at the Westin Doha Hotel & Spa. For the past two years Basil has been based in Paris as a Multi-Property Account Manager for the Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel & W Paris-Opéra. Basil can be best described as a true sales professional who is driven to uncover new group business and grow group share for our hotels.
After that, Leon worked as Unit Manager for BCD Travel where he set-up a VIP desk especially for the supervisory board and Board Members. After 7 years of working in Operations Leon moved to a new role as Account Manager were he found new challenges in Commerce. Being 8 years in this role, it was time to chase a dream to set-up his own company in the catering industry, to finally return in the Travel Industry, in which he has lost his heart!
His main focus at ITSC will be to represent and extend the Hertz Car Rental Business for both Corporate and Leisure Companies in Germany and Switzerland, and building en strengthen the relationships.
