With hotels from major international chains as well as over 100,000 independent hotels, HCorpo has all business requirements covered.

Job profile

ITSC has been commissioned by HCorpo to hire a Business Developer Benelux, preferably starting 1st  of September. Are you the result driven young professional who is able to build successful relationships and understands market opportunities? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and eager person who wants to make a next step after a couple of years work experience in pro-active sales in the hospitality- or travel world. You will be part of the dynamic team of ITSC and part of the professional HCorpo Sales team. Best of two ‘worlds’.  We ‘re looking for a young professional who is ready for a next level in his or her career.

Job description

  • Maintain and expand relationships with an existing portfolio of business travel accounts (mid and large corporate accounts and TMCs) in BENELUX region
  • Build new business relationships using existing and new industry contacts with mid and large corporate accounts and TMCs
  • Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities – new business
  • Liaise proactively with inside sales leaders to ensure that sales opportunities are converted.
  • Complete administrative work, as required ( Reporting – Pipe – Analysis – Weekly)
  • Use the HCorpo CRM system fully and correctly to keep record of all enquiries and interactions to robustly manage and convert enquiry leads

Job requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales roles in the Travel or Hospitality world
  • Good understanding of the Corporate Travel Industry Environment
  • Ability to work across multiple client teams and cross-cultural business and internal teams
  • Proactively strives to exceed targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and self-driven
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (at this stage mainly Paris)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
